Do You Need Help with Quickbooks?
Just thought I would throw this out there incase someone needs help. I have had a fair amount of experience with Quickbooks Pro with the businesses I have run in the past. If you are stuck, let me know maybe I can help. No guarantees, but I will give it my best shot. Have a good day!
Just A Thought
Hey, I’m back. I caught myself wondering today what motivates the people at the gym. The great majority of them are typically overweight, so I can only assume they are there to improve their health and possibly their appearance.
The thing that puzzles me is that I have seen a bunch of these people for quite sometime and they typically look the same as when I may have first seen them. There exercise routines have not advanced to the next level or changed. They say (who ever they are) we are creatures of habit which is easily proven when it comes to exercise. With that being said though, I believe they are way better of mentally and physically now that they exercise on a regular schedule. Even if it is not visible, yet.
I am always observing what is going on in the gym and seem to keep an eye on the kid that is probably lifting more then he/she should without a spotter or the member that is possibly new and isn’t really sure where to start. I always seem to have an urge to want to help the people at the gym because I believe my past experiences would help others achieve their fitness goals, be it getting better conditioned cardiovascularly or increase their strength.
Exercise & Fitness my Experiences
I am an avid exerciser. I genuinely enjoy exercising at what I would consider a somewhat advanced level. At least that is what I have to believe because any partners or people that I have wanted to show or teach typically are not ready for the intensity I need for physical and mental stimulation. Thorough out my life I have done some sort of exercise. From weight lifting for muscle growth in my earlier/younger years to what I enjoy now, my version of HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training. You say I have heard of HIIT, whats different about your version.
Well, I honestly have never purchased an infomercial about exercise although I have seen (actually, mostly heard because my back is to the TV while I am working at my desk, so I am listening at some level and look if I here something that may be interesting) many on TV.
Depending on your specific goals I have to believe program’s available currently can help someone.
So, do I do something different? Maybe.
To begin I am not a workout nut-ball. I really like Pizza and Beer. Actually, big into IPA’s currently so my diet isn’t perfect by any stretch. I actually have an Amstell beer diet I use. I believe your fitness goals big or small start in your mind. If you really want to reach a desired goal no matter what it is don’t you need to decide to do it first? That decision does not come from you gluteus maximus does it? (The last sentence may not apply to everyone, some people actually talk out of that part of there anatomy, so maybe that’s where their brains are….hmmm) You have to make a decision to dedicate yourself-period. Well, going to workout now more to come.
Check this out while you waiting. Talk soon
Mentoring, My Idea
What is mentoring? My belief is mentoring comes from within. A mentor may never know when they are mentoring or who they are mentoring too. A mentee, mentoree or mentorees may not even realize what knowledge they are aquiring as it happens.
Mentor,
Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development; mentoring entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and during a sustained period of time, between a person who is perceived to have greater relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience (the mentor) and a person who is perceived to have less.
